June 2nd is the Folk Art & Culinary Festival in Schuylkill Haven PA. Since they are right down the road from us this is a great close by event. If you are a local folk artist, join the other artist in the main gallery at Walk in Art Center from 1 pm till 5pm. Registration is free because of the generosity of the PA Council for the Arts, Schuylkill Community Foundation and M & T Bank and Wilmington Trust.

After the kids have been out of school for a few weeks the lazy day of summer kick in. The Mid-Summer Craft Fair and BBQ Fest at Leesport Farmers Market is July 7 and something different to do this year. Stroll through over 300 vendors and find some one of a kind gifts and crafts.
